Notice of Commencement - has to be signed by owner and civil engineer. Working on getting these signatures. Worknwill not be able to begin until this is done. So we will continue to add days from the actual Notice to Proceed until we can begin work.

Permit for Panama City Beach in hand

The permit for Panama City Beach was picked up on Friday, January 14, 2011.

Pre-Construction Meeting Friday, January 14, 2011

Pre-construction meeting held with owner and architect.  Actual start date will be Tuesday, January 18, 2011.  A change order for days will be generated to match start date verses Notice to Proceed.
